Luks Gazino Terms and Conditions

The tables below list the rules that apply to your Luks Gazino account. Each row covers a single rule. The full Offer Agreement opens through the link on the registration form.

Account Opening Rules

Age limit.	Your account can only be opened once you turn 18.
Account count.	Only one account is assigned per user.
Second account.	A duplicate registration under the same identity is not permitted.
Sign-up method.	Registration is done with a phone number or an email address.
Country code.	The phone field shows the country code +90 automatically.
Password length.	Your password needs at least 6 characters.
Agreement checkbox.	Registration will not proceed while this box stays unchecked.
Login method.	Later sessions accept phone, email, or account number as login.

Territories Without Service

The operator does not open accounts in the regions below. Turkey is absent from this restriction table.

Region group.	Countries covered.
Caribbean region.	Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Statia and Sint Maarten are excluded.
Europe.	France, the Netherlands, Republic of Cyprus, Italy and Estonia are excluded.
North America.	The Kahnawake territory in Canada is kept out of scope.
Middle East and Asia.	Israel, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Singapore are excluded.
Other countries.	The US, Australia, the UK and North Korea are excluded.

Identity Verification Process

Age and residence check.	The operator keeps the right to verify your age and residence.
Location check.	Your actual location may also be checked separately.
Verification provider.	Document checks run through the independent firm KYCAID.
Accepted documents.	An ID card, a passport, or a driver's license can be uploaded.
System logging.	Your IP address and browser data are logged automatically.

Payment and Transfer Rules

Withdrawal channel.	Withdrawals go out through the same channel used for your deposit.
Channel switching.	A request to switch to a different payment channel is declined.
Account-to-account transfer.	Balance transfers between user accounts are not allowed.
Third-party payment.	Transfers arriving from third parties are not processed.
Havale/IBAN channel.	Six separate Havale/IBAN options are offered.
Crypto channel.	Eight separate cryptocurrencies can be used for payment.
Card payment.	Card payment is not offered on this platform.

Certificate holder.	The security certificate belongs to Thawte Consulting.
Data access.	Access to your payment data follows the PCI DSS standard.
